CHAPTER 2 The Forgotten Legacy
The competition was temporarily paused.
Marcus accused Amelia of seeking attention.
But Amelia remained calm.
When challenged to face the Champion Wall—the most difficult shooting course in the arena—she accepted without hesitation.
Six targets.
Impossible angles.
No practice.
No mistakes allowed.
Amelia hit every target perfectly.
The crowd erupted.
Marcus could no longer hide his frustration.
Then Daniel finally revealed the truth.
The silver eagle pendant was not jewelry.
It was a seal.
A symbol belonging to Samuel Ashford—a legendary shooter whose records had mysteriously disappeared decades earlier.
Historical archives were opened.
Old documents were verified.
The seal matched perfectly.
The arena learned that Amelia wasn’t a random competitor.
She was connected to one of the greatest shooters the sport had ever erased.
Marcus demanded answers.
The crowd demanded answers.
And finally someone asked:
“Who are you?”
May you like
Amelia looked directly at them and replied:
“Someone you should have remembered.”
